Swad Semolina

Semolina, popularly called “Semo” is a coarse, pale yellow flour that is made from durum wheat. Semolina flour has a slightly nutty, sweet taste and a coarse texture that is quite similar to cornmeal. It is gluten-free. Semolina has a variety of uses but is most popularly eaten as a solid, in conjunction with various delicious soups, as part of a complete meal.
