How soon does my order ship?
Once your order has been received, please give us 24-48 hours to fulfil your order. You will get a notification via email as soon as we ship your order, and you will be able to track it from there.
Can I pick up my order locally?
No, you can’t. However, we are working hard to set up pick-up and same day local delivery options for residents of Wayne county, i.e. Detroit, Dearborn, Livonia, Redford, Romulus, Canton, etc.
As we continue to grow, we plan on having other hubs to make pick-up more accessible.
Can I use multiple payment methods for an order?
No. We do not allow multiple payment methods for ONE order. To make it easier for you, you can break your order into multiple orders and pay for them separately. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Can I order by phone?
Yes you can. There is a $15 charge for it. We would also need a copy of your DL for security reasons.
Is there a minimum order fee?
No, there isn’t.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
Once an order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Once an order has been delivered, you will also receive an email with notification. If you would like notification of your shipment via text, please indicate upon checkout.
How are the frozen items shipped?
We ship all frozen items in insulated shippers with ice-gel packs (or dry ice) to keep them cool and fresh as they arrive at your front door.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. Items that have not been opened or used can be returned. The customer will be in charge of shipping it back to us. Please coordinate with us prior to shipping any items back.
Do you ship nationwide? I will like to send a gift!
Yes! We ship to all 50 states. We love sending packages as gifts 🙂 You can certainly ship to a different address other than your billing address. Please let us know if it is a gift, so we can exclude the payment receipt from the package.
